I'm in love with canning. The most recent job was red root relish (somewhat unsure of this one, pictured). Items that have been canned or pickled: beets, green beans, peaches, cauliflower, salsa, tomato sauce, whole tomatoes and the best of all - damson jam. Come to my place and Ill feed you all winter long.
could we set up some sort of barter system? a jar of jam for 6 peter pan donuts? let me know if you're interested...
