i am finishing up a three week yoga/whole foods cleanse. i feel great and strong but am really looking forward to eating some cheese or a bagel on sunday. while i dont have any photos of me in yoga poses, i have become a bit of homebody - going to yoga 6 times a week and coming home to eat my whole grains, veggies and nuts.
